Flavor Profile
Tasting Notes
33년이라는 숙성 기간에 비해 노즈는 단단하고 다소 거칠게 열린다. 수제 키르시와 파라핀, 쌉쌀한 오렌지가 먼저 드러나고 고무와 오래된 와인 통, 벤 풀의 향이 뒤따른다. 아니스 리큐어 같은 뉘앙스도 감지된다. 팰럿에서도 자두 증류주와 타르, 씹는 담배의 거친 성격이 이어지며 45.3도의 질감은 정돈되기보다 야생적이다. 리필 캐스크에서 비롯된 옅은 금빛이 우드의 개입이 적었음을 보여준다.

air Nose
a bit hard at first nosing, rawish and spirity, slightly too pungent even at 45% vol. Notes of artisanal kirsch, paraffin and bitter oranges, then more rubber, old wine barrel and cut grass. Pastis. Nicer than it sounds but still not that nice in my opinion…
restaurant Palate
it’s a little better than on the nose but still raw and slightly dirty and indefinite. Sangria? Same notes of kirsch, plum spirit, a little tar, chewing tobacco, rubber… A little shaky and muddy in my opinion, not quite Samaroli material
timer Finish
quite long but again, rather on kirsch and rubber
