Tasting Notes
잔을 돌리면 금빛이 얇게 번지고 향은 셰리 우드치고 산뜻하게 열린다. 코를 가져가면 파인애플과 코코넛이 먼저 오고 건초와 레몬그라스, 갓 구운 크루아상이 뒤를 잇는다. 한 모금 머금으면 오렌지 제스트와 통곡물빵의 결이 지나가고 어린 기운과 오크 향이 조금 겉돌지만 귤의 상큼함이 이를 덮는다. 삼키면 자몽과 생강, 건포도가 이어지고 마지막에 톱밥 같은 마른 나무 기운이 스친다.

we aren’t far from Select Oak (sounds like a department at Home Depot, doesn’t it), with some clear oak, but this time I’m rather finding pineapple and coconut, then hay, lemongrass and barley. Some raisins, some cinnamon rolls, some croissants

you feel it’s rather young, but I’m not against fruity bread. Some obvious oak again (feels flavoured rather than well-mingled), orange zests, wholegrain bread, and, perhaps, pumpernickel. Notes of tangerines, which is nice

medium, a tad fruitier. Grapefruits, ginger, raisins, oranges. Sawdust in the aftertaste
