Tasting Notes
호박빛이 잔 속에서 오래된 유리처럼 은은히 비친다. 향은 화사함보다 절제를 택해 밀랍과 재의 마른 기운으로 열리고 만사니야와 아마레티의 결 그리고 흙과 버섯의 내음이 뒤에서 서서히 올라온다. 입에서는 옅은 소금기가 먼저 닿고 호두와 건포도 담뱃잎 그리고 꿀의 단맛이 차례로 자리를 넘겨준다. 그란 레세르바라는 이름을 단 40도의 이 1981년은 여운이 짧지만 끝까지 우아한 균형을 잃지 않는다.
