Tasting Notes
잔을 밝은 쪽으로 들면 셰리 캐스크를 거쳤다기엔 화이트 와인처럼 옅은 빛이 보인다. 코를 가져가면 사과와 배의 즙이 먼저 올라오고 옅은 나무 연기와 생강의 알싸함이 뒤를 받친다. 한 모금 머금으면 캐스크의 간섭이 적은 맑은 과일맛이 고르게 퍼지고 풍선껌 같은 단맛이 잠깐 스친다. 스코틀랜드 북부 크리켓을 위해 병입된 이 12년은 삼킨 뒤 오렌지와 생강을 남기고 담백하게 끝난다.
