Tasting Notes
호박빛이 잔 안에서 흙빛에 가까운 깊이를 띤다. 향은 은은한 연기를 두른 셰리가 중심을 잡고 건포도와 세비야 오렌지 초콜릿 그리고 밤꿀의 단맛이 차례로 드러난다. 25년을 채워 1999년에 병입된 이 애니버서리 몰트는 입에서 쌉쌀한 오렌지와 꿀로 시작해 토피와 파이프 담배 그리고 바닐라 퍼지의 결로 이어진다. 43도의 여운은 중간 길이지만 균형이 좋고 마멀레이드의 달큰함이 마지막까지 남는다.

an earthy and slightly smoky sherry that reminds me of the older 8 or 12, with raisins, kirsch, Seville oranges, chocolate, chestnut honey and then cinnamon, cloves, mint, and nutmeg. It doesn’t feel very old, but I’d call this ‘classic’

indeed, the older 12+. Quite a lot of bitter oranges and honey in the arrival, then this very peculiar toffeeness plus Corinthian raisins, pipe tobacco, liqueur-filled chocolate, and a touch of vanilla fudge. Millionaire shortbread. Good body

medium, very well balanced I have to say, rather on marmalade this time. Honeyed and moderately spicy aftertaste
