Tasting Notes
손안에서 잔을 굴리면 짙은 호박빛이 잔 벽에 두꺼운 자국을 남긴다. 코를 묻으면 건포도와 말린 오렌지, 묵은 오크의 향이 풍성하게 올라오며 깊이를 더한다. 한 모금 머금으면 셰리 캐스크에서 익은 1969년 매캘런답게 깊은 과일 단맛이 혀를 감싼다. 천천히 삼키면 오렌지 껍질과 향신료가 길게 따라온다.

joking aside, this is a great nose, delicately metallic and smoky at first, then roasted and fruity, with some cereals, maple syrup, roasted raisins, and some kind of smoky muesli. Macadamia nuts, cashews, halva, nougat… Let's remain honest and impartial, this is a great nose for sure. Just not £500-great, but there…
restaurant Palate
too bad it's a little too dry, too much on black tea, tobacco, bitter chocolate, toffee… Now it remains very good, with jams chiming in, marmalades, herbal teas… Oranges keep lifting it, a phenomenon that's also to be seen at Dalmore's. Oranges rule!
