Tasting Notes
호박빛이 잔 안에서 오래된 유리처럼 묵직하게 빛난다. 향은 하몽과 낡은 파이프 담배의 결을 앞세우고 건포도와 무화과의 단맛이 그 사이를 메우며 정성껏 졸인 캐러멜의 기운이 깊게 머문다. 입에서는 꿀과 말린 과일이 담배 잎 그리고 밀랍과 얽히고 오래 묵은 술에서만 나타나는 란시오의 감칠맛이 서서히 드러난다. 1876이라는 표기를 단 이 보틀링의 여운은 아몬티야도처럼 건조하게 길고 옅은 나무 연기로 마무리된다.
