Tasting Notes
잔을 들어 색을 보면 어두운 호박빛이 진하게 고여 있다. 코를 가져가면 말린 파인애플과 구아바 같은 열대 과일이 먼저 오르고 그 뒤로 태운 설탕과 오래된 부르고뉴를 닮은 동물성 뉘앙스가 겹친다. 한 모금 머금으면 허브와 소테른 와인 같은 달콤함이 퍼지고 말린 과일과 생망고가 뒤를 잇는다. 삼키면 백후추와 정향이 서서히 올라와 43도에서 나온 힘이라고는 믿기 어려운 향신료 기운을 남긴다.

beautiful sherry. Lots of dried tropical fruits (pineapple, guava). Some interesting animal notes like in an old Bourgogne (civet – I like that) with quite some burnt sugar. A great one, for sure

beautiful as well, on herbs and Sauternes wine. Lots of dried fruits, fresh mango… Gets very spicy, with some white pepper and a bit of clove. Wow, again a great old Dailuaine by Cadenhead! 90 points . MUSIC – Recommended listening: avant-garde trumpet star Olu Dara sings and plays a most wonderful and very bluesy Harlem Country Girl.mp3 , from 'In The World: From Natchez to New York'. He used to play with Don Pullen (wow!), David Murray or Cassandra Wilson, and is also the father of hip-hop artist Nas. I love him (the father, not the son) - please buy his fantastic music!
