Tasting Notes
아메리칸과 유러피언 셰리 오크를 함께 쓴 더블 캐스크 숙성이 이 맥캘란 십오 년의 균형을 빚어냈다. 향은 말린 허브와 캐모마일, 살짝 쌉쌀한 캐러멜이 다소 드라이하게 열린다. 입에서는 43도의 부드러운 도수를 타고 크리미한 질감 위로 은은한 캐러멜과 아침 꿀의 단맛이 감돈다. 두 대륙의 셰리 오크가 만든 이 보틀링답게 옅은 짠맛이 감도는 담백한 여운으로 마무리된다.

lots of dried herbs, camomile, bitter caramel and grass smoke. Quite dry and perhaps too austere. Hints of soft water and even a bit of peat. Some flower nectar (meadow flowers)
restaurant Palate
creamy and quite sugary, on some light caramel and breakfast honey. Much sweeter than on the nose, but with a rather salty finish. An average old Macallan, less creamy than usually but still much drinkable. 82 points . Macallan-Glenlivet 15 yo (43%, G&M licensed bottling, Italy, 60’s)
