15년을 채운 이 미니어처 보틀링의 노즈는 건조한 허브와 캐모마일 차의 뉘앙스가 중심을 잡는다. 쓴 캐러멜과 마른 풀을 태운 연기가 층을 이루며 옅은 피트도 감지되어 달콤함보다 절제된 방향으로 발전한다. 팰럿에서는 인상이 반전되어 크림 같은 질감과 꿀의 단맛이 명확하게 드러나고 가벼운 캐러멜이 이어진다. 피니시는 짭조름한 미네랄로 마무리된다. 43도의 구조감이 끝까지 흐트러지지 않는다.

lots of dried herbs, camomile, bitter caramel and grass smoke. Quite dry and perhaps too austere. Hints of soft water and even a bit of peat. Some flower nectar (meadow flowers)
restaurant Palate
creamy and quite sugary, on some light caramel and breakfast honey. Much sweeter than on the nose, but with a rather salty finish. An average old Macallan, less creamy than usually but still much drinkable. 82 points . Macallan-Glenlivet 15 yo (43%, G&M licensed bottling, Italy, 60’s)
