Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 말린 허브와 캐모마일의 건조한 향이 가장 먼저 두드러지고 쌉쌀한 캐러멜이 뒤를 받친다. 풀을 태운 듯한 옅은 연기와 미세한 피트가 감지되어 전체적으로 절제되고 다소 엄격한 인상이다. 들꽃의 꿀 향이 균형을 잡는다. 팰럿은 향과 달리 크리미하고 단맛이 앞서며 가벼운 캐러멜과 꿀이 중심을 이룬다. 피니시에서는 짠맛이 올라오며 정리된다. 15년 숙성치고 옅은 밀짚빛 색이 인상적이다.

lots of dried herbs, camomile, bitter caramel and grass smoke. Quite dry and perhaps too austere. Hints of soft water and even a bit of peat. Some flower nectar (meadow flowers)
restaurant Palate
creamy and quite sugary, on some light caramel and breakfast honey. Much sweeter than on the nose, but with a rather salty finish. An average old Macallan, less creamy than usually but still much drinkable. 82 points . Macallan-Glenlivet 15 yo (43%, G&M licensed bottling, Italy, 60’s)
