Tasting Notes
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 엘레강시아라는 이름과 달리 밀짚빛이 옅게 감돈다. 코를 가져가면 올로로소와 피노를 함께 썼다는 사실이 무색할 만큼 풀과 채소, 흰 꽃의 산뜻한 향이 앞선다. 한 모금 머금으면 잘 익은 사과와 구스베리 같은 흰 과일의 설탕물 같은 단맛이 혀에 고르게 퍼진다. 삼키면 셰리의 흔적이 거의 남지 않아 맥캘란의 골격을 벗겨낸 듯한 담백함만 남는다.

a little sweetish and sugary. Some white fruit (ripe apple, gooseberry). Not bad at all but lacks personality.
