잔을 코앞에 두고 숨을 들이켜면 볶은 곡물의 구수함이 가장 먼저 인사한다. 잔을 흔들면 잘 익은 사과와 배가 떠오르고 민트가 옅게 스쳐 밀짚빛 외관과 잘 맞는 산뜻함을 만든다. 한 모금 머금으면 캐러멜과 마시멜로, 오렌지 케이크의 부드러운 단맛이 무리 없이 흐르고 구운 빵의 고소함이 받쳐준다. 삼키면 볶은 견과가 짧지만 단정하게 남아 입문용 셰리 오크로서의 성격을 분명히 한다.

very malty, very cereally, with whiffs of ripe apples and pears flying around and hints of mint. No thrill but good balance, a perfect access-category malt so far, reminding me of Cardhu, Knockando or... Chivas Regal

sweet, easy, not weak, malty and grainy, with some caramel, marshmallows, orange cake and a little liquorice. Hints of toasted bread
