Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 사과주스와 배즙 같은 신선한 과일 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 그 뒤로 옅은 맥주의 곡물감과 나무 연기, 생강 토닉의 알싸함이 층을 더한다. 팰럿은 단순하지만 깨끗하고 과일 중심의 균형이 단단하다. 캐스크의 개입이 적어 증류액 본연의 성격이 그대로 드러나며 풍선껌 같은 단맛이 스친다. 화이트와인에 가까운 옅은 색이 그 구성을 그대로 보여준다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 오렌지와 생강이 남는다.
