코끝을 잔 안으로 넣으면 갓 짜낸 사과와 배의 즙내가 곧장 올라온다. 잔을 흔들면 옅은 맥주 같은 곡물내와 나무 연기가 따라오고 생강의 알싸함이 끝을 잡아준다. 한 모금 머금어 혀 위에서 굴리면 셰리 오크를 거쳤다기엔 무척 맑고 과일 중심인 맛이 고르게 번진다. 삼키면 오렌지 껍질과 생강이 중간 길이로 이어지며 젊은 스페이사이드의 솔직한 표정을 남긴다.
