Tasting Notes
노즈는 잎사귀 같은 허브 뉘앙스가 섞인 셰리로 열리며 호두와 마멀레이드가 명확하게 드러난다. 시간이 지나면 꿀의 단맛과 태운 건포도가 겹치고 옅은 고무 향도 감지된다. 팰럿은 건포도와 오렌지 마멀레이드가 중심을 잡고 프루트케이크와 쌉쌀한 홍차가 뒤따르며 풋호두의 떫음이 남는다. 유러피언과 아메리칸 오크를 함께 쓴 구성 탓에 스파이스가 다소 앞선다. 피니시는 길고 풀 향 쪽으로 발전한다.

full sherry maturation but it's rather a leafy and sightly herbal sherry, with walnuts, marmalade and a slight gamey side. High grouse. I'm also finding some leafier honey, such as green oak honeydew, which is excellent by the way. Touches of burnt raisins and a hint of rubber. Nutshell, it is a nice nose, pretty complex, but the truth hides on the palate, as usual

raisins, orange marmalade, hint of liquorice, fruitcake and bitter teas. Green walnuts, nocino… Just like last time, I'm finding a little too much spicy rubber, was this new European oak prior to the seasoning with sherry?
