Tasting Notes
세 종류의 캐스크를 거친 매칵란 12년의 숙성 이력이 잔에서 곧바로 드러난다. 얼그레이와 홍차, 인동꽃과 히스 꿀이 어우러진 향은 커스터드와 누가의 달큼함으로 이어지며 화사하게 피어난다. 40도의 부드러운 입안에는 셰리에서 온 잎사귀 같은 결과 볶은 견과, 건포도와 계피가 자리를 잡는다. 옅은 골드빛 아래, 여운은 은은한 홍차 향과 태운 카라멜, 흙내음으로 마무리된다.

more towards the leafiness of the Sherry than I remembered, with more oak spices beyond some custard and nougat. Then we find the expected roasted nuts, honey and this slight molassy side. Raisins and vanilla, some caraway, cinnamon…
