tastes young and a little spirity, with a slightly thin body. More apple juice, malt, a touch of chocolate and a touch of honey. Sour fruits in the background (that’s not too far away)

timer Finish

short and rather thin. Roasted nuts and a little maple syrup, plus ‘ideas’ of marmalade
