Tasting Notes
노즈의 첫인상은 멘톨의 서늘함이며 곧 버터스카치와 쇼트브레드의 구운 단맛이 명확하게 드러난다. 캐러멜라이즈한 사과와 헤이즐넛 버터가 뒤를 잇고 곡물죽 같은 몰트 향도 감지된다. 팰럿은 사과주스와 맥아가 중심으로 다소 어리고 질감이 얇다. 초콜릿과 꿀이 옅게 스치지만 신맛 나는 과일이 배경에 남는다. 피니시는 짧고 볶은 견과와 메이플 시럽이 마지막을 채운다.

tastes young and a little spirity, with a slightly thin body. More apple juice, malt, a touch of chocolate and a touch of honey. Sour fruits in the background (that’s not too far away)

short and rather thin. Roasted nuts and a little maple syrup, plus ‘ideas’ of marmalade
