Tasting Notes
짙은 밀짚색이 잔 안에 고르게 퍼진다. 셰리 오크를 표방하지만 최근 병입에서는 나무보다 곡물과 스피릿의 인상이 앞선다. 멘톨과 버터스카치, 쇼트브레드의 향에 구운 사과와 헤이즐넛 버터의 결이 겹친다. 40도의 액체는 다소 가볍게 흐르며 사과즙과 몰트, 옅은 초콜릿과 꿀의 맛을 남긴다. 젊은 기운이 그대로 드러나 무게보다 산뜻함이 두드러진다. 여운은 짧고 얇게 정리되며 볶은 견과와 메이플 시럽의 향이 스친다.

tastes young and a little spirity, with a slightly thin body. More apple juice, malt, a touch of chocolate and a touch of honey. Sour fruits in the background (that’s not too far away)

short and rather thin. Roasted nuts and a little maple syrup, plus ‘ideas’ of marmalade
