Tasting Notes
잔을 밝은 쪽으로 들면 화이트 와인에 가까운 옅은 빛이 보인다. 코를 가져가면 사과주스와 배즙이 먼저 인사하고 맥주 같은 곡물내와 옅은 나무 연기, 진저 토닉의 알싸함이 뒤따른다. 한 모금 머금으면 캐스크의 간섭이 거의 없는 맑은 과일맛이 혀에 고르게 퍼지고 풍선껌 같은 단맛이 잠깐 스친다. 삼키면 오렌지와 생강이 중간 길이로 이어지며 43도치고 산뜻하게 마무리된다.
