Tasting Notes
옅은 담황색이 잔 벽을 타고 조용히 흘러내린다. 하일랜드 싱글 몰트라 표기하던 시절의 맥캘란 12년으로 지금의 셰리 캐릭터와는 결이 다르다. 사과와 배의 즙, 갓 빚은 맥주 같은 곡물 향이 먼저 열리고 옅은 나무 연기가 뒤를 따른다. 43도의 액체는 입안에서 균형 있게 흐르며 과실의 단맛과 몰트의 고소함이 나란히 간다. 나무보다 스피릿의 순수함이 앞서는 구성이다. 여운은 중간 길이로 남으며 오렌지와 생강의 향이 은은하게 이어진다.
