Tasting Notes
잔을 돌리면 밀짚빛이 얇게 번지고 셰리 캐스크치고는 놀랄 만큼 옅은 색이 드러난다. 코를 가져가면 풀냄새와 채소, 여린 꽃향이 앞서고 로랜드 몰트를 떠올리게 하는 산뜻함이 인사한다. 한 모금 머금으면 아메리칸과 유러피언 오크를 함께 쓴 더블 캐스크답게 사탕 같은 단맛이 먼저 퍼지고 잘 익은 사과와 구스베리가 뒤따른다. 삼키면 단정한 곡물맛만 남기고 조용히 물러난다.

a little sweetish and sugary. Some white fruit (ripe apple, gooseberry). Not bad at all but lacks personality.
