Tasting Notes
백포도주처럼 옅은 빛이 잔 바닥에 얕게 깔린다. 셰리 우드를 거쳤다는 표기와 달리 색은 거의 물들지 않아 어린 스페이사이드의 얼굴이 그대로 드러난다. 사과즙과 배즙, 맥주 같은 곡물 향에 옅은 나무 연기와 생강 토닉의 뉘앙스가 더해진다. 43도의 액체는 입안에서 맑고 과실 중심으로 흐르며 풍선껌 같은 단 향이 스친다. 나무의 개입이 적어 오히려 자연스러운 인상이 남는다. 여운은 중간 길이로 이어지며 오렌지와 생강의 향이 뒤를 따른다.
