Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 아카시아 꿀과 밀랍의 단맛이 가장 먼저 두드러지고 그 뒤로 옅은 훈연과 가죽 광택제의 뉘앙스가 이어진다. 시간이 지나면 살구와 오렌지 시럽, 희미한 바다 내음까지 발전한다. 팰럿은 살구잼과 잘 익은 자두, 밤꿀이 이어지며 구운 브리오슈의 고소함이 받쳐준다. 후추의 자극이 43도의 도수를 또렷하게 드러내고 피니시는 단맛과 스파이스가 나란히 물러난다. 버번과 셰리 오크를 함께 쓴 10년 숙성답게 구조감이 단단하다.

oh well... this is, I mean, just amazing. Incredible smokiness and a full tanker of acacia honey as well as lilac, beeswax and leather polish. Goes on and on... ripe apricots, flower nectar, Seville oranges, orange syrup, whiffs of seawater... Absolutely exceptional. Gets smokier with time (Havana smoke). Hints of apple peelings. This nose just leaves me speechless (who said good news?)

amazingly lively, nervous, fruity... Apricot jam, ripe plums, chestnut honey, toasted brioche, high-grade pepper... Totally fantabulous. I’m afraid the rest will be censored by our anti-maltoporn police department
