Tasting Notes
잔을 코끝으로 가져가면 잎담배와 건포도의 향이 먼저 인사하고 아몬드와 초콜릿이 뒤에서 천천히 따라온다. 잔을 다시 흔들면 흙내와 민트차의 서늘함이 더해진다. 한 모금을 머금으면 40도치고 놀랍도록 단단한 무게가 혀를 누르고 에스프레소와 랑시오 같은 쌉쌀함이 번진다. 삼킨 뒤에는 가죽과 쓴 허브가 오래 남아 마르게 끝난다.

well, exactly. Just a superb and elegant old school, leafy and raisiny sherry. Almonds, sultanas, wee glimmers of chocolate, soft earth, mint tea and hints of leather. Simple, easy but extremely refined
restaurant Palate
excellent weight for 40%. Robustly earthy and more focussed of damp tobacco, leather, stewed dark fruits and bitter chocolate than the lighter nose suggested. Rather a punchy and more assertive sherry profile here. Some notes of espresso, rancio and bitter herbs
