Tasting Notes
진한 호박빛이 잔 속에 두껍게 잠겨 있다. 옛 방식의 셰리 숙성이 무엇인지 설명하는 듯한 맥캘란 10년의 표정이다. 건포도와 아몬드, 젖은 흙과 민트 차의 향이 가죽 냄새와 함께 겹겹이 쌓인다. 40도라는 낮은 도수가 무색하게 입안은 단단하고 눅눅한 담뱃잎과 조린 검은 과일, 쓴 초콜릿의 맛이 밀도 있게 이어진다. 에스프레소와 랑시오의 오래된 뉘앙스가 뒤를 받친다. 여운은 가죽처럼 마르게 이어지며 당밀과 말린 민트의 향이 오래 남는다.

well, exactly. Just a superb and elegant old school, leafy and raisiny sherry. Almonds, sultanas, wee glimmers of chocolate, soft earth, mint tea and hints of leather. Simple, easy but extremely refined
restaurant Palate
excellent weight for 40%. Robustly earthy and more focussed of damp tobacco, leather, stewed dark fruits and bitter chocolate than the lighter nose suggested. Rather a punchy and more assertive sherry profile here. Some notes of espresso, rancio and bitter herbs
