Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들면 앰버빛이 조용히 번지며 옛 방식의 셰리 숙성을 짐작하게 한다. 코를 가져가면 아몬드와 건포도, 부드러운 흙과 민트차 향이 차례로 열리고 가죽이 그 끝을 잡는다. 한 모금을 머금으면 40도라는 숫자가 무색할 만큼 무게가 있고 젖은 담뱃잎과 조린 검은 과일, 쓴 초콜릿이 밀려온다. 삼킨 뒤에는 가죽과 당밀, 마른 민트가 길게 남는다.

well, exactly. Just a superb and elegant old school, leafy and raisiny sherry. Almonds, sultanas, wee glimmers of chocolate, soft earth, mint tea and hints of leather. Simple, easy but extremely refined
restaurant Palate
excellent weight for 40%. Robustly earthy and more focussed of damp tobacco, leather, stewed dark fruits and bitter chocolate than the lighter nose suggested. Rather a punchy and more assertive sherry profile here. Some notes of espresso, rancio and bitter herbs
