Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 오크의 결이 먼저 두드러지고 그 위로 파인애플과 코코넛의 과실 향이 얹힌다. 건초와 레몬그라스, 보리에 이어 건포도와 시나몬 롤의 달콤함이 뒤따른다. 40도 팰럿은 어린 티가 나지만 과일빵 같은 인상이 있어 편하게 읽힌다. 오렌지 제스트와 통곡물 빵의 결이 명확하다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 자몽과 생강, 건포도가 이어지다 마무리에 톱밥의 건조함이 남는다. 셰리 캐스크에서 7년을 보낸 스페이사이드 매캘런이다.

we aren’t far from Select Oak (sounds like a department at Home Depot, doesn’t it), with some clear oak, but this time I’m rather finding pineapple and coconut, then hay, lemongrass and barley. Some raisins, some cinnamon rolls, some croissants

you feel it’s rather young, but I’m not against fruity bread. Some obvious oak again (feels flavoured rather than well-mingled), orange zests, wholegrain bread, and, perhaps, pumpernickel. Notes of tangerines, which is nice

medium, a tad fruitier. Grapefruits, ginger, raisins, oranges. Sawdust in the aftertaste
