Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 또렷한 오크 위로 파인애플과 코코넛이 먼저 두드러지고 건초와 레몬그라스, 보리에 건포도와 시나몬 롤, 크루아상의 결이 더해진다. 1990년에 병입된 7년 숙성 마칸란답게 셰리 우드를 썼음에도 어린 기운이 느껴진다. 팰럿은 다소 젊지만 과일 빵 같은 결이 좋고 또렷한 오크와 오렌지 제스트, 통밀빵과 검은 호밀빵, 귤의 새콤함이 드러나 균형이 단정하다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 자몽과 생강, 건포도와 오렌지가 이어지고 끝에 톱밥 같은 오크의 마른 결이 남는다.

we aren’t far from Select Oak (sounds like a department at Home Depot, doesn’t it), with some clear oak, but this time I’m rather finding pineapple and coconut, then hay, lemongrass and barley. Some raisins, some cinnamon rolls, some croissants

you feel it’s rather young, but I’m not against fruity bread. Some obvious oak again (feels flavoured rather than well-mingled), orange zests, wholegrain bread, and, perhaps, pumpernickel. Notes of tangerines, which is nice

medium, a tad fruitier. Grapefruits, ginger, raisins, oranges. Sawdust in the aftertaste
