Tasting Notes
스페이사이드 크레이겔라키, 이스터 엘키스 영지에 자리한 매캘란이 셰리 시즌드 오크로 빚은 12년산이다. 잔에서는 옅은 금빛이 감돈다. 차가운 홍차와 얼그레이, 인동꽃과 헤더 꿀의 향에 커스터드와 누가의 결이 더해져 꽃향이 두드러진다. 40도의 도수로 입안에서는 셰리의 잎담배 같은 결과 오크 향신료, 구운 견과와 꿀이 부드럽게 번진다. 마무리는 중간 길이로 옅은 홍차와 그을린 카라멜, 흙내음이 또렷이 깃든다.

cold black and green teas, earl grey, then honeysuckle and mullein flowers, heather honey, custard, citron liqueur, nougat… Let's say it is pretty floral, which is perfect, let's just hope it won't collapse on the palate because of the low strength
restaurant Palate
more towards the leafiness of the Sherry than I remembered, with more oak spices beyond some custard and nougat. Then we find the expected roasted nuts, honey and this slight molassy side. Raisins and vanilla, some caraway, cinnamon…

medium, a little teaish and with a little burnt caramel. A little earth in the aftertaste
