but-it-is-totally-mezcaly. It’s even agave-y (kind of the same thing, S.) Smoked fish and olives, plus a thin coating made with custard and light honey. That’s the barrel speaking out

rather long, super clean, maritime, smoky, seaweedy, mezcaly… Some would call it a fishermans’s dram. A Mexican fisherman?
