7년을 보낸 독일 팔켄 2015는 옅은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 맑게 빛난다. 남부 독일에서 빚은 싱글 몰트답게 향은 잘 익은 사과와 보리빵, 옅은 꿀이 가볍게 피어오른다. 43도의 부드러운 입안에서는 시리얼과 배, 가벼운 바닐라가 깔끔하게 흐른다. 과하지 않고 단정한 곡물감이 7년 숙성으로 한층 둥글어졌고, 여운은 보리 단맛과 옅은 오크로 잔잔하게 마무리된다.
