북아일랜드 카운티 다운 도나기디 해안 마을에 자리한 코프랜드 증류소는 아이리시 해의 바닷바람을 담는다. 버번과 올로로소, 피노 누아를 거친 이 5년 보틀링은 잔에서 밝은 호박빛을 낸다. 여러 캐스크가 겹쳐 청사과와 붉은 베리, 캐러멜 향이 층층이 열린다. 46도의 부드러운 도수에서 잘 익은 과일과 보리 단맛, 옅은 향신료가 입안을 채운다. 여운은 과일의 단맛과 가벼운 오크로 산뜻하게 남는다.
