I find this really good. Raisins, earth, more raisins, and this slightly kirschy side that screams ‘pinot noir!’ They may have added a little sugar, though. That’s how you can tell between the good distillers and the others in Alsace, at the really good ones you’ll never taste sugar as such. Or only in liqueurs, naturally
