Tasting Notes
맑은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 화사하게 빛난다. 프랑스 알자스의 르만 증류소가 소테른 와인 캐스크에서 8년을 채운 이 위스키는 살구와 꿀, 달큰한 포도 향을 곱게 풀어낸다. 한 모금은 잘 익은 과일의 단맛과 바닐라, 가벼운 향신료가 매끄럽게 흐르며 입안을 화사하게 채운다. 50도의 도수가 소테른의 달콤함과 몰트의 깊이를 균형 있게 받친다. 여운은 꿀과 흰 과일로 부드럽게 이어지며 화사한 끝맛을 남긴다.

and once again we’re very close, with just more oomph, probably thanks to the higher strength. Perhaps a little more vanilla as well? Other than that, it’s all more or less the same juice on the nose. Which, in a sense, isn’t bad news, coz it’s very fine
restaurant Palate
same comments. The higher strength may strengthen the estery side, bringing pineapple and pears to the table – unless this baby’s actually younger than the others? Not too sure…
timer Finish
rather long, a little narrow, round and sweet. It’s as if the higher strength made it gentler and rounder, and less spicy/rye-ish. How funny (not really)
