Tasting Notes
폐쇄된 하이랜드 증류소의 옅은 호박빛이 잔 안에 또렷이 빛난다. 1972년 빈티지 벤 위비스가 27년의 긴 시간을 거쳐 Single Cask Bottling으로 45.9도의 절제된 도수에 담겼다. 향에서는 잘 익은 사과와 옅은 밀랍, 마른 보리의 톤이 깊게 머문다. 입에서는 토피와 캐러멜라이즈드 비스킷의 부드러운 단맛이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르고 약한 후추가 균형을 잡는다. 색은 옅은 호박빛이며 여운은 곡물의 마른 잔향으로 길게 따라간다. 잘 정제된 균형이 마지막 디테일까지 흐르는 완성도가 또렷하다.
