잔을 가까이 하면 슬로베니아 브로큰 본스의 어린 피티드 스피릿이 내는 은은한 훈연과 구운 곡물의 향이 노즈에서 드러난다. 슬로베니아 오크와 아메리칸 배럴에서 4년을 보낸 이 보틀링은 46도에서 바닐라와 옅은 장작 연기, 허브의 향을 발전시킨다. 팰럿은 또렷하게 흐르며 보리 맥아의 단맛과 후추, 가벼운 재의 풍미가 단단한 구조를 이룬다. 피니시는 적당히 길게 이어지며 토속 오크의 스파이스가 남는다.

long. The oak feels a wee bit, nothing excessive but that will cost one point (pff…) Stout, instant coffee and maple syrup in the aftertaste
