Tasting Notes
덴마크 유틀란트 평원의 농경지에서 태어난 살 위스키는 북유럽 신생 증류소 특유의 맑고 곡물다운 개성을 지닌다. 버번 캐스크에서 단 3년을 보낸 이 보틀링은 옅은 황금빛을 띠고, 갓 구운 빵과 바닐라, 노란 사과 향이 산뜻하게 올라온다. 입에 머금으면 61.1도의 높은 도수에도 보리의 단맛과 시트러스가 또렷하고 힘있게 번진다. 어린 만큼 생기가 넘쳐, 여운에는 보리와 후추의 매콤함이 남는다.

it’s like barley eau-de-vie, and we’re not complaining. It’s really not far from young kirsch, in fact. We appreciate that no one seemed to have the idea to tamper with this almost-new-make, so it remains 100% natural. The bourbon cask was most likely ‘very refill’.
