잔을 천천히 돌리면 로랜드 인치데어니의 위스키가 잘 익은 황금빛으로 잔을 적신다. 코를 가져가면 버번 숙성 위로 아몬티야도 셰리 피니시에서 온 호두와 말린 살구, 빵 껍질의 향이 겹겹이 솟는다. 한 모금을 머금으면 46.3도의 부드러운 힘 위로 보리사탕과 견과, 옅은 짭짤함이 매끄럽게 흐른다. 삼킨 뒤에도 이중 숙성이 빚은 고소한 단맛과 드라이한 여운이 혀끝에 남는다.
