노즈에서는 아일랜드 싱글 몰트다운 부드러운 꿀과 잘 익은 배가 먼저 두드러지고 루비 포트에서 온 붉은 과실의 단내가 뒤따라 발전한다. 세 번 증류한 가벼운 질감이 팰럿에서 바닐라와 딸기, 오렌지 마멀레이드로 또렷하게 드러나며 21년 숙성다운 매끄러운 구조감을 보인다. 46도의 도수는 자극 없이 균형이 단단하고 버번과 포트 두 캐스크의 향미가 자연스럽게 맞물린다. 피니시는 가벼운 향신료와 붉은 베리의 산뜻함으로 길게 이어지며, 티링 라이징 리저브 No.3의 정제된 캐릭터가 분명하게 남는다.

ok, I get the rum here rather assertively now. Also the grain. I find this a little challenging I'm afraid with these rum notes that spill over into acetone. Some fruitier components after a while though, which is a slight recovery
