아일랜드 더블린 도심 미들턴 출신 원액이 남부의 따뜻한 풍토에서 1998년부터 22년 숙성된 후 럼 캐스크 피니쉬가 더해진 보틀링이다. 잔에는 진한 호박빛이 잠겨 있고 노즈에는 럼이 풀어놓은 흑설탕, 익은 바나나, 트로피컬 향신료의 향이 깊게 머문다. 입에 들어오면 49.2도의 알코올과 함께 캐러멜 푸딩, 코코넛, 럼 시럽의 풍미가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 여운은 럼 단맛과 아이리시 부드러움으로 길게 이어진다.
