작은 옥타브 캐스크가 5년 만에 덴마크 니보르 증류소의 스피릿에 진한 오크 향신료와 단맛을 빠르게 밀어 넣었다. 향은 캐러멜과 말린 살구, 갓 켠 오크가 또렷하게 솟는다. 66도라는 매우 높은 도수의 입안에서는 토피와 계피, 후추의 열기가 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 작은 통의 넓은 접촉면이 풍미를 빠르게 농축한다. 진한 호박빛 뒤로 여운은 마른 오크와 향신료가 뜨겁고 길게 남는다.
