it seems that this one developed more towards a rather big oiliness. At random, we have apple peelings, lamp oil, linseed oil, paraffin, fresh butter, fresh almonds, putty, orgeat, whiffs of ink, roots... Oh, and smoke of course. And fresh walnuts

restaurant Palate

apple juice, lemon juice, pepper, smoked oysters and kippers and salt. A bit thicker and oilier than the youngster

timer Finish

long, waxier and leafier. Very, very good (wasn’t that just as short and sweet?)
