퍼스트필 올로로소 셰리 호그스헤드에서 마무리한 시간이 에일사 베이 원액 특유의 깨끗하고 어린 보리 풍미에 진한 셰리를 입혔다. 졸인 건포도와 대추야자, 가벼운 가죽의 향이 먼저 또렷하게 피어오른다. 입에서는 다크 토피와 호두, 은은한 후추가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르며 59.3도의 힘이 단단히 받친다. 짙은 적갈색 너머로 올로로소의 단맛과 오크의 여운이 길게 남는다.
