Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들면 신생 발린달록 증류소의 젊은 원액이 맑은 금빛으로 잔을 적신다. 코를 가져가면 퍼스트필 버번 배럴에서 온 바닐라와 잘 익은 배, 보리 단맛이 또렷이 올라온다. 잔을 더 돌리면 코코넛과 시리얼 향이 깊어진다. 한 모금 삼키면 60.8도의 힘찬 술이 곡물의 달콤함과 시트러스의 산미를 혀에 활기차게 펼친다. 여덟 해의 숙성에도 영지에서 자란 깨끗한 단맛이 산뜻하게 따라온다.
