잔을 흔들어 향을 깨우면 노르웨이 북극권 섬 미켄 증류소의 청량한 기운을 담은 맑은 향이 오른다. 코를 가져가면 퍼스트필 버번 캐스크의 바닐라와 시트러스, 옅은 바다 소금기가 번진다. 한 모금 머금으면 47도의 기운이 혀를 산뜻하게 적시고 보리 단맛과 가벼운 향신료가 또렷하게 퍼진다. 삼키면 차가운 섬 공기를 닮은 깔끔한 단맛이 혀끝에 흐른다.
