잔을 가볍게 흔들면 홋카이도 아켓시 증류소의 차가운 기운을 닮은 옅은 연기가 잔 위로 피어오른다. 코를 가져가면 퍼스트필 버번 배럴의 바닐라와 풋과일, 가는 피트 향이 또렷하다. 한 모금 머금으면 57도의 어린 기운이 날카롭게 혀를 깨우고 레몬과 훈제 향이 팽팽하게 맞선다. 삼키면 짧은 숙성에도 또렷한 바다 내음과 연기가 혀끝을 따라 흐른다.
