맑은 볏짚빛이 잔 벽을 타고 가볍게 미끄러진다. 일본 홋카이도의 아카시 증류소가 퍼스트필 버번 배럴에서 세 해를 보낸 피티드 보틀링으로, 어린 숙성에도 짙은 개성이 또렷하다. 바닷가의 짠 연기와 레몬, 풋풋한 보리의 향이 선명하게 솟는다. 57.7도의 도수가 힘차게 밀려오며 바닐라의 단맛과 피트의 그을음이 부딪친다. 차갑고 청량한 훈연의 여운이 길게 이어진다.
