노즈는 일본 홋카이도 아쿠레시의 차분한 피트 연기로 열리고, 그 위로 레몬과 풋사과, 옅은 바닐라의 향이 또렷하게 겹친다. 24절기 시리즈 대한답게 한겨울의 청량하고 단정한 공기가 향에 그대로 배어 있다. 입에서는 48도의 도수가 훈연과 시트러스, 가벼운 소금기를 깔끔하게 밀어 올려 구조감이 산뜻하면서도 단단하다. 피니시는 재와 허브가 깔끔하게 이어지는, 아일라를 닮았으되 일본적 절제가 명확하게 드러나는 한 잔이다.
