Tasting Notes
잔에 부드러운 황금빛이 어린다. 좀처럼 보기 힘든 스페이사이드의 키닌비가 호그스헤드와 셰리 버트에서 23년을 보내며 꿀과 잘 익은 배, 옅은 건포도의 향을 그윽하게 끌어올린다. 두 캐스크가 어우러져 과일의 맑은 단맛과 셰리의 묵직함이 함께 비친다. 42.6도의 부드러운 도수에 질감은 가볍고 매끄럽게 흐르며, 꿀과 토피의 단맛이 혀를 다정하게 감싼다. 발베니의 자매 증류소다운 단정하고 우아한 결이 잔에 흐른다. 여운에는 꿀과 말린 과일의 향이 길고 잔잔하게 이어진다.
